The Classic 9" chef knife has been designed with an extra long blade, requiring less motion/lifting for each slice while maintaining continuous contact with the board. The full tang German high carbon stainless steel, razor-sharp edge, and wide bolster offer true balanced performance and durability without sacrificing safety and comfort. Our broad handle design creates the ideal "pinch grip," reducing hand and grip fatigue, simplifying everyday chopping/mincing/cutting/slicing of vegetables, meats, or anything else you need to cut in the kitchen.

[Premium Materials] Forged high carbon 50CrMoV15, also known as 1.4116 German stainless steel, provides toughness and durability in addition to strong stain, rust, and corrosion resistance. [Excellent Performance] The unique 13-degree blade edge makes the knife razor-sharp, and the blade design ensures it is not likely to chip or break, while holding a lasting edge. [Long and Hefty] Razor-sharp with a comfortable grip, the 9-inch extra-long blade provides an increased efficient use of time and energy compared with 8-inch Japanese chef knives. [Modern Design] The wide, sloped bolster offers control and safety while reducing hand fatigue, and the classic handle is easily cleaned and comfortable for both left and right-handed users. [Easy Maintenance] Wash knives by hand with mild soap, then rinse and dry completely. We recommended not using a dishwasher or submerging for long periods of time to maintain the blade edge.
